The quality of the content on our website is critical to the success of TalkTalk’s digital journeys.

The Junior Digital Producer will be the go-to person for digital content and will take on responsibility for the management of some of the most important promotional changes that keep our business running.

You’ve got a keen eye for detail and are happy to engage with different teams around the business. You will be super-organised in your approach to work. TalkTalk is at a crucial point in its digital journey and in this role, you’ll get to experience the change as it comes into effect across the organisation, supporting the Digital Product Owners in their mission to make TalkTalk a truly digital-first company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support web content and production across TalkTalk’s digital channels
• Support changes related to trading and promotions
• Support issue resolution on digital platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
• Facilitate the migration of content as part of future website development, ensuring consistency across all websites
• Support A/B Testing to improve conversion across key member touchpoints
