At TalkTalk, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to thrive and develop in their chosen career. That's why we want to help you to make your neurodiversity work for you — whatever that looks like.
We've partnered with Ambitious about Autism to create the opportunity for a number of people with Autism to join TalkTalk on a 6-month paid placement. It's a chance to gain meaningful experience that looks great on a CV. Everyone who joins on this programme are buddied with a member of our Talk Neurodiversity network to support them through their time with us.
We’ve also reviewed our recruitment processes, working environments, inductions and ways of working to ensure they are inclusive and accessible for all.

🍦 Following an activity in Bournemouth last week where we hosted a Mr WiFFi ice cream van, helping families scoop up savings on full fibre broadband AND get the cheapest 99 in the UK, we brought the nostalgia home to our HQ 💚 All profits went to Bournemouth Foodbank last week - and today’s will go to the Trussell Trust for local foodbanks.

15 hours, 26 miles and over £3,000 raised for @prostatecanceruk 👏 Teeing off at Chester Golf Club at 5:20am, 6 of our brilliant colleagues set off to complete a 72-hole Golf Marathon last week in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. The team completed the challenge to help fund vital improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention and support that could save thousands of lives. A massive achievement and a great example of our ‘We Care’ value. Well done team!

The world’s best mud run! 🏃♂️ Last weekend our colleagues took on the challenge of Tough Mudder in Manchester to raise money for our brilliant charity partner @RestlessDevelopment, a non-profit global agency that supports the collective power of young leaders to create a better world free from inequality and poverty. Ben Prescott, Ross Webb and Alex Rancel all took on the series of obstacles – running, climbing and crawling through mud for Restless Development.
