Commercial Manager
Join TalkTalk at a once in a generation moment as the industry pivots to providing broadband to UK homes through new fibre optic to the premise (FTTP/FTTH) technology.
This role will take responsibility for a number of set-piece migration projects including moving existing TalkTalk customers from copper to FTTP. As the ‘great copper switch-off’ takes hold, this role will be in the vanguard of stimulating customers to switch through a combination of upselling, policy, incentive and education, while ensuring optimal commercial results for TalkTalk.
This role will require a great mix of project management, creativity, stakeholder management and empathy as we support our customers on a journey to a better service at a time when customer awareness is low and cost of living challenges are real for all UK households.
